△设计平面图  Design Plan 房屋原始为老干部风格的精装房,原始结构墙多为承重墙. 但房屋的中部刚好是可大做文章之处。 加以改动后,拥有了日式淋浴房四分离的双卫结构。扩大了厨房空间的同时加强了厨房与餐厅的联系，餐厅空间融入了岛台与餐桌。 更重要的是， 我们实现了洄游动线。初入玄关，便设计了两条步入室内的动线，交错的洄游动线 ，给室内增加了探索感，让空间变得更加有趣起来。 The original house is an old cadre style finely decorated house, and the original structural walls are mostly load-bearing walls. But the middle of the house is just the place where we can make a big difference. After adding changes, we have a double bathroom structure with a Japanese shower room and four separate rooms. The kitchen space was enlarged and the connection between the kitchen and dining room was strengthened, and the dining room space was integrated with an island and dining table. More importantly, we realized the migratory route. At the entrance, we designed two lines of movement to enter the room. The interlocking migratory lines add a sense of exploration to the room and make the space more interesting.

△客厅空间 Living room space 走进室内，迎面便是客厅尽头一整面直面海景的落地窗。 天然的纯净透明的景致，结合全屋微水泥地面模糊了界限感。 人在屋内，屋外的船只来往 ，日升月落 ，更迭入眼。 室内墙体采用哑光的乳胶漆与微水泥、木饰面的结合，温润自然中 ，更有时光的韵味。 When you walk inside, you are greeted by a full floor-to-ceiling window at the end of the living room with a direct ocean view. The natural purity and transparency of the view, combined with the micro-concrete flooring throughout the house blurs the sense of boundaries. Inside the house, the boats coming and going, the sun rising and setting, and the moon setting are all in the eye of the beholder. The combination of matte latex paint, micro-cement, and wood veneer on the interior walls provide a warm, natural, and time-honored flavor.

For the load-bearing columns that cannot be removed from the building, they are wrapped with wood veneer and outlined with light strips, perfectly integrated into the overall atmosphere.

△南客厅 South living room 穿过衣帽间 ，从南阳台可以进入到南客厅，设定为更显安静的休息区域。 用模块的沙发与大容量的正面书墙来营造此空间，更自由且便于契合不同的场景。 书架的柜门 ，不仅是黑板墙， 也是儿童房的房门。 Through the cloakroom, you can enter the south living room from the south balcony, which is set as a more quiet rest area. The modular sofa and large volume front book wall are used to create this space, which is more free and convenient to fit different scenes. The cabinet door of the bookshelf is not only the blackboard wall but also the door of the children's room.

△淋浴房 Shower room 本为暗区的淋浴房，采用软膜LED来做顶，光线柔和且室内明亮。 墙面采用大尺寸的木色瓷砖来铺贴，与外部空间更为统一且更显别致温馨。 This is a dark area shower room, which uses soft film LED as the top, with soft light and bright indoor. The wall is paved with large wood-colored tiles, which are more unified with the external space and more unique and warmer.
